The invention provides an automatic anti-theft display box which comprises a transparent cover, an anti-theft box and an anti-theft device. The anti-theft device comprises a controller, an anti-theft door and a high-voltage device. The controller comprises a human body sensor, a first sensor, a second sensor, an induction part and an induction switch. The anti-theft door comprises an anti-theft roller shutter, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a motor. The anti-theft box is provided with an anti-theft lock. The controller is connected with the motor through a control line. In the using process, the transparent cover and the anti-theft box are inserted to the anti-theft display box, the display box is disassembled for transportation, and therefore the trouble of transportation is avoided; the controller is provided with a warning device, and the warning device is provided with a Bluetooth device and an alarm; once law breakers attempt to steal cultural relic display items, the controller controls the motor to drive the anti-theft roller shutter to rotate to close the cultural relic display items in the anti-theft box, and the law breakers can not touch the cultural relic display items; meanwhile, the controller transmits information to mobile phones of safety personnel through the Bluetooth device and a network, and emergent safety protection measures are taken.
