The invention discloses a safe intelligent lock system which comprises a mobile controlling terminal, a lock in wireless communication connection with the mobile controlling terminal and a storer. The mobile controlling terminal comprises a first wireless communicating module, a password setting order sending module and a master controlling module; the password setting order sending module is used for sending a password setting order when a user needs to set a password for the lock related to the user; the master controlling module is used for receiving the password sending order and transmitting the password sending order to the lock through the first wireless communicating module; and the lock is externally provided with a password inputting unit and is internally provided with a lock controlling module and a second wireless communicating module, and the lock controlling module is used for receiving the password sending order through the second wireless communicating module and controlling the password inputting unit to be opened according to the password sending order to successfully receive the password input by the user. According to the safe intelligent lock system, the user can conveniently and quickly set the password of the lock.
