Under the control of the remote control or a mobile phone control terminal, the electromotor drives the push-pull type lock shaft or the semicircular locking piece to the position of the limiting switch and stops automatically, and unlocking and locking are achieved; when a lock body is vibrated, an alarm is given out, and alarm information is sent to a mobile phone; a GPS locator is arranged in a bike, after the bike is lost, the real-time position information sent back by the SIM card and the wireless transceiver can be checked up through the mobile phone control terminal, and the bike can be got back quickly.
