The invention discloses a manhole door of a dust collector. The manhole door comprises a door frame, a door cover, door fasteners, a door lever, long sliders, a lever disc, short sliders and a rotating assembly, wherein the door frame is connected with the door cover by hinges; a plurality of door fasteners are fixed on the door frame and are provided with slots for accommodating the long sliders or the short sliders; the door lever, the rotating assembly and the lever disc are fixed on the door cover; the door lever is connected with the rotating assembly; the rotating assembly is connected with the lever disc; the lever disc is provided with a plurality of support arms; at least one long slider and at least one short slider are fixed on the support arms of the lever disc; the door cover is fastened on the door frame; and the door lever is rotated to drive the rotating assembly, the rotating assembly drives the lever disc to rotate, and the lever disc drives the long sliders and the short sliders to be fastened in the slots of the door fasteners, come into contact with the slots and be pressed tightly. The manhole door is simple and convenient to operate and has better sealing property and longer service life.
