The invention discloses an easy-mounted/dismounted protector mounted on a building's window. The easy-mounted/dismounted protector comprises a rectangular outer frame, a base is disposed in the center of the outer frame, inclined connecting bars are disposed between the base and four corners of the outer frame, L-shaped blocks are disposed on the inclined connecting bars, and left and right horizontal connecting pipes and upper and lower vertical connecting pipes are respectively arranged between the base and four edges of the outer frame. The main bodies of the horizontal and vertical connecting pipes are pipe bodies, telescoping rods are disposed in the pipe bodies, the base is connected with a cam, when the cam rotates, a blade pushes four telescoping rods out and the cam draws four wire ropes to the center, the four L-shaped blocks are pulled out to make distances between the L-shaped blocks and the outer frame gradually reduce, and telescoping feet are pushed out, so the whole outer frame can be mounted on a window frame and won't fall out. Children cannot climb out of a window because the protector is mounted to the window, and the security can be raised.
