Profile scabbard manufacturing process for swords
The invention discloses a profile scabbard manufacturing process for swords. The profile scabbard manufacturing process includes the following steps that 1, soil is prepared; 2, glaze is made; 3, a mold is manufactured; 4, the mold manufactured in step 3 is put into the soil, the soil with the mold is put in a shade place after pressure molding is conducted to be aired and dried, and then bonding treatment is conducted; 5, workblanks are checked; 6, etching treatment is conducted on the workblanks; 7, qualified workblanks are put into a kiln to be subjected to biscuiting treatment; 8, dust on the front faces and the back faces of the workblanks is blown and cleared away; 9, glazing treatment is conducted on the workblanks through a soaking method; 10, the portions lack of enamel and with thin enamel and pores of the glaze blanks are filled in through pre-configured dilute glaze, and excess glaze and redundant glaze are removed at the same time; 11, the glaze blanks are evenly sprayed with glaze through a pre-configured pressure glaze gun, and it is guaranteed that the thickness ranges from 1.2 mm to 1.3 mm; and 12, the glaze blanks treated in step 11 are put into the kiln to be subjected to firing treatment.
