The invention discloses an aluminum mold plate surface processing method. The aluminum mold plate surface processing method is characterized by including the following steps that firstly, materials are prepared, wherein by mass, 20-80% of lime, 20-80% of digestible mud and 0-60% of cement are mixed; secondly, digestion is conducted, wherein water is added, stirring and mixing are conducted, suspension liquid or slurry is prepared, the solid-to-liquid ratio is regulated to 10% to 50%, and the diameter of suspended particles is smaller than or equal to 1 mm; and thirdly, painting is conducted, wherein the suspension liquid or the slurry is filtered, filtrate is painted on the surface of an aluminum mold plate, and the coating thickness is smaller than or equal to 2 mm. The aluminum mold plate surface processing method has the beneficial effects that a liquid coating is adopted, painting is uniform, the thickness can be decreased to 0.05 mm when the coating reacts with the surface of an aluminum mold, a generated oxidation layer has a protection effect on the aluminum mold, and protection on the aluminum mold and the smooth demolding can be achieved when a water-based mold release agent is used during later-period construction. The use of an oily mold release agent is reduced, cost is reduced, and the environment is protected as well.
