A tip-over preventing rapidly-assembled type operation ladder trolley for an overhead line system comprises a base (5), a ladder body and an operation platform (10). The two opposite sides of the ladder body are trapezoidal. The base (5) is provided with a locking mechanism for preventing the ladder trolley from tipping over. The locking mechanism is a push type normally-closed locking connecting rod mechanism and comprises a push handrail (1) arranged on the base (5), the two sides of the push handrail (1) are each connected with a connecting rod locking device (2), clamping heads (231) of the connecting rod locking devices (2) and the base (5) are normally closed and clamped to a steel rail (3) under the effect of tension springs (25), and the push handrail (1) is pressed downwards/released, so that the clamping heads (231) of the connecting rod locking devices (2) are separated from/clamped to the steel rail (3). The base (5) and the operation platform (10) are connected with the ladder body in a combined manner. The ladder body is formed by combining and connecting one or more sections. Quick connectors (6) are arranged at the combined joints. Once stopped, the ladder trolley is automatically locked so as to be prevented from tipping over, the ladder trolley can be transported in a sectioned manner and installed and detached rapidly, and meanwhile, the ladder trolley can be rapidly assembled of different heights according to the requirements on a site.
