Preparation method of beta''-Al2O3 ceramic for Na-Ni battery electrolyte
The invention provides a preparation method of beta''-Al2O3 ceramic for a Na-Ni battery electrolyte. According to the method, the beta''-Al2O3 ceramic for the Na-Ni battery electrolyte is obtained from raw materials including 99.99% alpha-Al2O3 powder, Na2O powder and MgO powder by mixing, calcining, ball-milling, doping, granulating, forming and firing sequentially. A doping technology is adopted, a certain proportion of SnO2 is added in a preparation process of beta''-Al2O3, SnO2 in a doping manner has excellent chemical stability in an aqueous solution and has specific electrical conductivity, so that SnO2 can inhibit excessive growth of grains when the beta''-Al2O3 ceramic is doped with SnO2 and optimize the performance of the beta''-Al2O3 ceramic, and the power loss of a Na-Ni battery is reduced.
