The invention provides a texturing method of ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: 1, dosing: uniformly mixing silicon nitride powder containing a sintering aid, and drying; 2, molding: carrying out steel die dry pressing and cold isostatic pressing on the dried powder to make a body with a certain shape; and 3, texturing: carrying out a hot pressing flow sintering process to make the body produced in step 2 to flow in a one-dimensional or two-dimensional direction in order to realize oriented arrangement and perikinetic growth of crystal grains and produce high performance ceramic, wherein the thermal pressure is 10-50MPa, and the temperature is 1000-2000DEG C. The hot pressing flow sintering process makes a sintered material have certain flow mold filling ability, be used in molding of complex shapes at a high temperature and have texturing in a corresponding direction.
