Preparation method of SiC nanowire reinforced SiBCN ceramic
The invention relates to a method for fast preparation of a nanowire reinforced SiBCN ceramic. The method includes the steps of: 1. under protective atmosphere, subjecting polyborosilazane to crosslinking curing and ball-milling to obtain SiBCN powder; 2. preparing SiBCN powder, SiC nanowire, alumina, yttrium oxide and anhydrous ethanol in certain proportion, carrying out mixing, ball milling and drying; 3. subjecting the powder obtained in step 2 to cracking, grinding and sieving under protective atmosphere so as to obtain mixed powder; 4. carrying out spark plasma sintering on the mixed powder, thus obtaining the SiC nanowire reinforced SiBCN ceramic. The method provided by the invention makes full of the designability of the precursor conversion method, has the advantages of simple process, low temperature, and rapid sintering of SPS method, realizes preparation of SiC nanowire reinforced SiBCN ceramic, is suitable for densification of small dense parts, saves 95% of the time than traditional CVI and PDC methods, significantly improves the ceramic material density, and reduces the manufacturing cost of the ceramic material.
