Railway gage apron, production method therefor and application thereof in rail fastening system
The invention discloses a railway gage apron, a production method therefor and an application thereof in a rail fastening system. The railway gage apron is made from a basalt fiber composite material, wherein the basalt fiber composite material is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of basalt fibers, 20-40 parts of polyurethane, 15-40 parts of epoxy resin and 5-20 parts of diluent. The production method for the railway gage apron comprises the steps of carrying out material proportioning, carrying out basalt fiber weaving, carrying out casting, carrying out curing molding, carrying out blank cutting, and the like. According to the railway gage apron, the production method therefor and the application thereof in the rail fastening system, tensile and insulating properties of the basalt fibers are applied to rail fastenings for the first time, so that electrical insulation between steel rails and sleepers is realized while secure connection between the sleepers and the steel rails is ensured, the railway roadbed resistance between two steel rails can be increased to 2 ohm.km or over, and thus the working environment for a ZPW-2000 series jointless track circuit is greatly improved.
