A fast-slow separation interchange system relates to the field of traffic facilities and is used for realizing fast-slow separation. By adopting the fast-slow separation interchange system, fastness means that pedestrians, non-motor vehicle and motor vehicles do not need to wait for traffic lights, and slowness means that the motor vehicles can reach any positions of roadsides and do not affect the whole traffic. According to the technical scheme, the fast-slow separation interchange system comprises two roads A and B which are crossed or X-intersected, wherein traffic lanes at the inner side of the road A in one direction are taken as A forward main roads; an under-crossing tunnel or an over-crossing elevated road is arranged at the junction of the road A and passes through the road B; interchange ramps are arranged among B forward main roads with properties the same as that of the road B in the tunnel or on the elevated road; U-turn connecting passages are arranged at junctions of A auxiliary roads at the outer sides of the A forward main roads and A reverse roads opposite to the traffic lanes; and A pedestrians on the road A and the non-motor vehicles pass the junctions by arranging a passing non-over-crossing elevated road or a passing non-under-crossing tunnel. Through rotary dotted multiple junction distribution, the fast-slow separation interchange system can form a single passing fast net realizing fast passing and slow road rings by which specific locations can be reached.
