Construction method for bridge horizontal movement
The invention discloses a construction method for bridge horizontal movement. The method includes the following steps that firstly, new-site pier columns are arranged, an operation platform is erected, and steel pipes and an all-round scaffold are erected on the peripheries of old-site pier columns of a bridge; secondly, a sliding way between a new site and an old site is erected and a new and old site middle sliding way of a space steel truss structure is erected between the new-site pier columns and the old-site pier columns; thirdly, the whole bridge is synchronously jacked and all the old-site pier columns are provided with jacks used for synchronously jacking the whole bridge; fourthly, the restraint of old supports is released, the old supports are taken out after the bridge is jacked to the assigned position, and the restraint of the old supports to the bridge is released; fifthly, a horizontal movement travelling crane mechanism is installed, sliding feet are installed below the bridge, the jacks are detached, and force return systems are installed on old-site piers; and sixthly, the whole bridge is synchronously and horizontally moved, the horizontal movement travelling crane mechanism is detached, new supports are installed, the whole bridge synchronously falls, and therefore the whole bridge is moved. By the adoption of the method, the synchronism error is within -2 mm to 2 mm, a parameter control method is unique, and the effect is remarkable.
