The high earth-rock dam slope protection structure comprises an upstream dam face and a downstream dam face which are arranged on the upstream side surface and the downstream side surface of dam body rockfill of a high earth-rock dam, the upstream dam face is mainly formed by building multiple upstream building blocks, and the downstream dam face is mainly formed by building multiple downstream building blocks; the upstream building blocks and the downstream building blocks are both of a polygon structure in a regular shape; hardcore beds are arranged between the upstream dam face and the downstream dam face and the dam body rockfill. The slope protection structure is mainly built by adopting the polygonal upstream building blocks and the polygonal downstream building blocks which are in the regular shape, the dam face integrality is good, the flatness is high, construction is convenient and quick, destruction such as loosening or rolling down or slipping is not prone to being generated in the earthquake process, the good anti-earthquake effect is achieved, and the slope protection property is better; the surface of the dam body rockfill is flatter due to the hardcore beds, and therefore building of the upstream building blocks and the downstream building blocks is facilitated.
