Temporary corrosion-resisting method for reinforcing steel bars in seawater
The invention discloses a temporary corrosion-resisting method for reinforcing steel bars in seawater. The temporary corrosion-resisting method includes the following steps: (1) the top of each reinforcing steel bar is wrapped with a plastic cap; (2) each reinforcing steel bar is coated with cement paste until the surface of the reinforcing steel bar is completely covered; (3) each reinforcing steel bar coated with the cement paste is wrapped with at least two layers of plastic films, 2/3 or more overlapping areas exist between every two plastic films, and the overlapping areas between the multiple plastic films are different; (4) the plastic film is wrapped with at least two layers of oiled paper so as to prevent seawater leakage, and the overlapping areas between the oiled paper reach 2/3 or more; (5) the oiled paper is wound with plastic adhesive tape, 2/3 or more overlapping areas exist between the plastic adhesive tape to guarantee winding so that sealing without water permeating can be achieved; and (6) cement mortar ladder-shaped structures are poured on a bearing table on the peripheries of the bottom ends of the multiple reinforcing steel bars so that the bottom ends of the multiple reinforcing steel bars can be jointly embedded into the cement mortar ladder-shaped structures. By means of the method, it is guaranteed that the reinforcing steel bars cannot be corroded, and the holding force of the reinforcing steel bars and the concrete at the later period is not influenced.
