Novel sill anchor and forming process thereof
The invention discloses a novel sill anchor and a forming process thereof. Upsetting sections which are increased in radial dimension are forged at the ends of an anchor rod. A thread is rolled in each upsetting section. The forming process comprises the steps that (1) the ends of an anchor rod blank are subjected to forging and upsetting, the forged ends are formed into the upsetting sections, and the temperature of forging and upsetting is controlled to be 300-600 DEG C; (2) the threads are rolled in the upsetting sections. The forming process of the sill anchor is simple. The formed sill anchor is high in accuracy, good in quality, convenient to construct, economical, reasonable, safe and reliable. The sill anchor has the advantages of being small in labor cost, low in labor intensity and high in construction efficiency. The common quality problems in the conventional manufacturing process of high-strength and large-diameter prestress sill anchors can be solved, and great economic benefits are achieved. The forming process is particularly suitable for specialized and standard production and can be used for manufacturing, popularization and reference for the high-strength and large-diameter prestress sill anchors used in high-rise and super high-rise heavy steel structures, water conservation gates and the like.
