Sizing block-free installation process special for auxiliary equipment installation of thermal power plant
The invention provides a sizing block-free installation process special for auxiliary equipment installation of a thermal power plant, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) clearing the surface of a concrete foundation; (2) arranging temporary sizing blocks beside foundation bolts of equipment, and leveling the equipment; (3) erecting formworks: enabling the location elevation of a main formwork to be no less than 50mm higher than the lower surface of an equipment base, erecting a protective formwork between the bottom surface of the equipment base and the lower surface of the concrete foundation, and enabling the temporary sizing blocks to be enclosed by the protective formwork; (4) preparing grouting materials: (4.1) composing dry blend and (4.2) stirring grouting materials; (5) grouting; (6) curing; and (7) withdrawing the temporary sizing blocks, removing a wood formwork, grouting the vacant parts of the temporary sizing blocks in a grouting layer, and finishing the installation after the vacant parts are solidified. The process has no need of welding or reforming an equipment body and is capable of lowering the cost and improving the installation efficiency on the premise of ensuring reliable installation.
