The invention discloses a precast pile body surface strain gauge and pile side soil pressure cell on-site layout method. The method is characterized in that a grooved protection cavity is formed on the surface of a precast pile body by virtue of two routing steel bars, a surface strain gauge and a pile side soil pressure cell are placed in the protection cavity, and then the protection cavity is filled with epoxy resin materials, so that the surface strain gauge, the soil pressure cell and wires thereof are sealed and protected. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple installation, low cost, economy and high efficiency, is capable of obviously improving the survival rate of test elements, and is suitable for being popularized and used in associated works.
