Outer wall post-pouring strip blocking method
The invention discloses an outer wall post-pouring strip blocking method. The outer wall post-pouring strip blocking method comprises the following steps of (1) mounting formworks on two sides of a post-pouring strip after outer wall reinforcements are bound and waterproof steel plates are mounted; (2) manufacturing an H-shaped reinforcement support and battens with U-shaped grooves; (3) mounting nets closed up quickly and easily on two sides of each waterproof steel plate and fixing the nets closed up quickly and easily on the outer wall reinforcements by using binding wires; (4) fixing the battens on the outer sides of outer wall horizontal reinforcements by using binding wires, placing the reinforcement support in the post-pouring strip, and abutting the reinforcement support to the nets closed up quickly and easily on the two sides of each waterproof steel plate; (5) pouring concrete on two sides of the outer wall post-pouring strip and curing the concrete; and (6) dismounting the reinforcement support at first, then dismounting the battens after the concrete meets requirements of curing and form stripping, cleaning and storing for subsequent use. Compared with the prior art, the outer wall post-pouring strip blocking method is low in implementation cost; and the reinforcement support and the battens are simple in structure, can be obtained locally, and can be shaped and reused.
