The invention belongs to the technical field of building connecting structures and in particular relates to a reinforced connecting structure and method between precast reinforced concrete components. The reinforced connecting structure between the precast reinforced concrete components comprises a connecting piece, butt-jointed reinforcements, a bolt, a sleeve and a nut, wherein the connecting piece is hollow in the middle; a first threaded through hole is formed in one end of the connecting piece; a second through hole is formed in the other end of the connecting piece. Before the precast components are connected, first, the first threaded through hole of the connecting piece is connected with one butt-jointed reinforcement through threads, the other butt-jointed reinforcement is connected with the bolt through a sleeve thread, the bolt penetrates into the second through hole of the connecting piece while the precast components are in place, the length of the bolt being fastened into the sleeve is adjusted so that the bolt is closely connected with the connecting piece through the nut in the connecting piece, and the sleeve and the nut are tightened by using a torque wrench; therefore, whether an enough torque is reached or not is convenient to check. According to the reinforced connecting structure and method between the precast reinforced concrete components, provided by the invention, an error problem in the actual engineering abut-jointing process of the precast concrete components is solved; the loading performance and the seismic resistance of the reinforced connecting structure are high; the wet construction amount can be reduced; the assembling ratio is increased; the construction process is simplified; and the engineering cost is reduced.
