The invention discloses a composite heat insulation suspended ceiling, which comprises suspended ceiling folding edges, suspended ceiling side edges, spring fixing devices and suspended ceiling folding sheets, wherein a suspended ceiling bottom plate is in horizontal placement; the suspended ceiling folding edges and the suspended ceiling side edges are formed by upwards bending four edges of the suspended ceiling bottom plate; four corners of a heat insulation sheet are provided with spring clamp grooves; a decoration frame is arranged at the outer bottom of the suspended ceiling bottom plate; one end of each fixing spring is arranged in the corresponding spring clamp groove; the other end of each fixing spring is provided with a spring top plate; and the inner side of each suspended ceiling side edge is provided with two bulges. The composite heat insulation suspended ceiling has the advantages that the heat insulation sheet is combined with a suspended ceiling plate, so that the suspended ceiling plate achieves thermal isolation and heat insulation effects; the decoration frame is arranged under the suspended ceiling bottom plate; screws are screwed into screw fixing holes, so that the stable connection of the heat insulation sheet and the suspended ceiling plate is ensured, and meanwhile, the effects of attractive appearance and decoration are achieved; each suspended ceiling folding edge is provided with one suspended ceiling notch folding sheet; and spring fixing devices are arranged between the heat insulation sheet and the suspended ceiling side edges, so that fixed connection of the heat insulation sheet and the suspended ceiling bottom plate is ensured.
