Carborundum wear-resisting floor
The invention belongs to the field of production of floors and particularly relates to a carborundum wear-resisting floor, comprising base concrete and a wear-resisting material layer. The wear-resisting material layer is composed of base material and wear-resisting material, the base material is composed of one or any of acrylate, epoxy resin, polyurethane and polyamide. The wear-resisting material comprises, by weight, 50-60 parts of irregular hard material particles, 8-12 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 20-25 parts of crushed fruit shells, 10-13 parts of scrap tire particles, 25-35 parts of cement, 5-8 parts of a pigment, and 5-10 parts of a binder. By adding mangosteen epicarp and epicarp of Gardenia sootepense, the problem that the color of an existing carborundum wear-resisting floor is not full enough is solved; by adding a certain amount of base material, the problem that the existing carborundum wear-resisting floor is poor in impermeability is solved.
