General aluminum alloy template system
A general aluminum alloy template system comprises a template, a support and a reinforcing part and is characterized in that similar template hole positions of the template system adopts unified hole positions and hole diameters; commonly-used profile sizes and commonly-used template length sizes are fixed to be standard sizes; an inside corner plate with inclined openings is arranged; an original structure of a positioning plate is adjusted so as to enabled the positioning plate to be more general; and a lengthened single support plate applied to the story height of 3.2-5.1 m is arranged to be used for supporting. The general aluminum alloy template system has the benefits as follows: the universality of the template is improved greatly. The top inside corner plate and a panel are general well and structure requirements of floors with the thickness of 140 mm, 130 mm, 120 mm and 110 mm are met well; that the top inside corner plate is fixed in size and general is realized; the specially-made support (6) applied to the story height of 3.2-5.1 m is designed again, so that the general system meets requirements, which cannot be met by a standard system, of house buildings with the story height of 5.1 m, comprising shops, basements and other high-rise high structures. The application range of the aluminum template is enlarged greatly.
