Anti-falling aluminum alloy casement window
An anti-falling aluminum alloy casement window comprising a fixed window frame (100), a sash frame (200) and a horizontal sliding support hinge (300). A first hinge mounting frame (10) and a second hinge mounting frame (20) are arranged on the fixed window frame (100) and the sash frame (200) respectively, and a first hinge mounting surface (11) and a second hinge mounting surface (21) are provided on the first hinge mounting frame (10) and the second hinge mounting frame (20) respectively. The first hinge mounting surface (11) and the second hinge mounting surface (21) are provided with fixing plates (1a, 1b) and movable plates (2a, 2b). Anti-falling ribs (3a, 3b) are protrudingly arranged facing one another on the fixing plates (1a, 1b) and movable plates (2a, 2b). The first hinge mounting surface (11) and the second hinge mounting surface (21) are respectively surrounded by the fixing plates (1a, 1b), the movable plates (2a, 2b) and the anti-falling ribs (3a, 3b) to form a first T-shaped hinge mounting groove (12) and a second T-shaped hinge mounting groove (22). The first hinge mounting surface (11) and the second hinge mounting surface (21) are provided with grooves for connecting the movable plates (4a, 4b). Limiting plates (5a, 5b) are provided on the movable plates (2a, 2b). Limiting sliding grooves (6a, 6b) are provided on the wall of the grooves for connecting the movable plates (4a, 4b). Limiting plates (5a, 5b) are arranged in the limiting sliding grooves (6a, 6b) and slide therein. Fasteners (7a, 7b) are inserted between the wall of the grooves for connecting the movable plates (4a, 4b) and the movable plates (2a, 2b). A slide rail (301) of a sliding support hinge (300) is inserted in the first hinge mounting groove (12), and a bracket (302) of the sliding support hinge (300) is inserted in the second hinge mounting groove (22). There is no need to arrange screws, rivets or the other fixed connection structures in the window because the rail (301) and the bracket (302) of the sliding support hinge (300) are inserted in the T-shaped grooves, thereby improving the safety of the window.
