Fireproof wooden door with excellent performance
The invention discloses a wooden door production process which is used for assembling a fireproof wooden door assembled with a modified waterproof door core plate, and the fireproof wooden door is good in fireproof performance and durable in use. The wooden door production process comprises the following steps: preparing the modified door core plate; processing wooden boards, according to a special dimension, into a door frame and a door core board decorative surface, tenoning the door core board and mortising the door frame by use of a tenoning machine, and combining the door frame, the door core board decorative surface and the door core board together; and sanding and spraying the assembled wooden door. The process disclosed by the invention is simple to operate; the door core board is low in requirement on a curing temperature, energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, flat after being formed, easy to glue and assemble with the door core board decorative surface, and not liable to deform and bulge; by integrally optimizing components and a preparation process of a modified magnesite fireproof door core board, an excellent core board which is resistant to pressure and fire, and is not liable to get damp is prepared; and the excellent core board can be assembled with the wooden door frame to form the fireproof wooden door with excellent performance.
