The invention provides environment-friendly regenerated synthetic fiber reinforced concrete used for pavements, bridge decks and industrial terraces, belonging to the technical field of concrete. The regenerated synthetic fiber is selected from regenerated polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, polyethylene fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, aliphatic polyamide fiber, polyethylene naphthalate fiber, aromatic polyamide fiber, polyolefin fiber and the like. The regenerated fiber comprises fine fiber and rough fiber in geometric scale, the fiber with diameter larger than 0.1mm is rough fiber, and the fiber with diameter smaller than or equal to 0.1mm is fine fiber. The regenerated synthetic fiber is fiber prepared by mixing a regenerated polymer, primary polyethylene and primary polyvinyl alcohol with medium modulus. The regenerated synthetic fiber reinforced concrete is used for airport pavements, bridge decks, roads, industrial terraces and other concrete engineering structures with high requirements for toughness, crack resistance, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and freeze thawing resistance.
