Nanometer cellulose fiber reinforced cement-based material
The present invention discloses a nanometer cellulose fiber reinforced cement-based material, which contains a nanometer cellulose fiber component. According to the nanometer cellulose fiber reinforced cement-based material of the present invention, with CNFs, the hydration degree of the cement slurry is improved, the cement solidification time is delayed, the maintaining of the good fluidity can be prolonged, the internal gas is easily discharged, the porosity of the cement paste can be reduced, the structure is close, and the mechanical property of the cement slurry can be improved; and with the addition of the right amount of CNFs, the improvement of the hydration degree and the reduction of the porosity are easily achieved, and the test results confirm that the rupture strength and the compressive strength of the cement with 28 d age are respectively improved by 15% and 20% when the addition amount of CNFs is 0.15%.
