The invention discloses a chloride-free early-strength water-reducing agent capable of improving concrete workability and relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The chloride-free early-strength water-reducing agent is prepared from, by weight, 60-70 parts of naphthalene or homolog, 20-25 parts of alum sludge, 15-20 parts of modified starch, 15-20 parts of shikakai powder, 12-18 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10-15 parts of nanometer talcum powder, 10-15 parts of tea saponin, 10-15 parts of polyamide resin, 8-12 parts of cane molasses, 7-10 parts of ascorbic acid, 5-8 parts of xanthan gum, 5-8 parts of itaconic acid, 30-40 parts of ethyl alcohol, and 250-300 parts of water. By the adoption of the early-strength water-reducing agent, water-reducing rate is high, the early-strength of concrete can be improved, concrete workability can be effectively improved, and pouring, densification and forming can be conducted conveniently by constructors. The early-strength water-reducing agent is suitable for steam-curing concrete, ordinary reinforced concrete which is constructed at a temperature not lower than -5 DEG C and has an early-strength requirement, and prestressed concrete.
