The present invention discloses a silt curing agent for making silt have high plasticity, wherein the silt curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 1-3 parts of white portland cement clinker, 0.3-0.6 part of sodium silicate, 1-3 parts of emulsified bitumen, 0.4-0.8 part of carbon fibers, 0.03-0.08 part of sawdust, 2-4 parts of palygorskite, 2-3 parts of expanded perlite, 0.3-0.35 part of rice husk, 1-3 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 1.5-2 parts of carbon nano-tubes, 0.2-0.4 part of ferric oxide, 0.3-0.5 part of soda, and 2-4 parts of modified powder.
