Fiber concrete prefabrication member
The present invention discloses a fiber concrete prefabrication member, wherein the problems of easy corrosion, easy cracking, poor fire resistance and the like of the existing concrete prefabrication member are solved with the present invention. The fiber concrete prefabrication member comprises a solid pile formed by a pile body and a tapered pile head, wherein an anticorrosion resin layer is wound on the solid pile, the pile body and the pile head comprise fiber concrete and mutually parallel steel bars in the fiber concrete, and the fiber concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 300-500 parts of cement, 600-800 parts of sand, 700-900 parts of aggregate, 15-25 parts of steel fibers or carbon fibers, 10-20 parts of Ethylene propylene rubber, 2-5 parts of phenol, 2-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-5 parts of acetic ester, 15-50 parts of a water reducer, 15-50 parts of an anti-rust agent, and 30-100 parts of slag.
