Complex formula of light gypsum and construction method for casting gypsum wall in situ by using light gypsum
The invention relates to a complex formula of light gypsum. The light gypsum comprises a basic material and an auxiliary material, wherein the basic material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 16-32% of cement, 5-10% of coal ash, 5-12% of light minerals and the balance of gypsum; the auxiliary material comprises a retarder, cellulose and redispersible rubber powder, wherein the retarder accounts for 0-0.22% of the weight of the basic material, the cellulose accounts for 0-0.16% of the weight of the basic material, and the redispersible rubber powder accounts for 0-0.15% of the weight of the basic material. Through casting a gypsum wall in situ according to the formula, the compressive strength of the gypsum wall is improved, and the softening coefficient of the gypsum wall is increased. The thickness of the cast wall is 200mm, the water absorption rate is 17%, the compressive strength is not lower than 5.7Mpa, the softening coefficient is not lower than 0.68, the wall density is 168kg/m<2> after the formed wall is dried, and all indexes meet the requirements of light partition wall battens for building in GB/T23451-2009.
