Sagger for producing ceramic and manufacturing method for sagger
The invention relates to a sagger for producing ceramics and a manufacturing method for the sagger. The sagger is prepared from a base material and aggregate. In a mass ratio, the base material consists of kaolin, raw bayerite, knar clay, alkali rocks and talc, and the aggregate is a calcined bayerite particles with particle sizes of 1-3 mm. The manufacturing method comprises: firstly, crushing the base material and adding water until the base material turns to slurry, filtering the water after standing until the base material turns to mud; then adding the aggregate, and after uniform mixing, performing molding; and then performing firing after drying, to obtain a sagger product. According to the sagger and the manufacturing method for the sagger provided by the present invention, the manufacturing method comprises: firstly, uniformly mixing the base material to form a mud material; then adding the granular calcined bayerite aggregate; uniformly mixing the aggregate with the mud material to obtain the finished mud; and molding and firing the finished mud to obtain the sagger. The obtained sagger is excellent in compressive property, long in service life, good in thermal stability and quite suitable for production of large ceramics.
