Architectural composite ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of an architectural composite ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving zirconium alkoxide, aluminum nitrate and nickel nitrate in nitrate with a certain concentration, stirring, and carrying out hydrolysis and polymerization reaction to generate a composite precursor; adding sodium lignosulfonate, a surfactant and a dispersing agent into a certain amount of deionized water, and stirring while controlling the temperature in a water bath, thereby obtaining a modifier solution; and mixing the modifier solution and composite precursor, naturally cooling, standing to react to obtain a composite colloidal solution, regulating the pH value to neutrality with an alkali solution, adding kaolin, stirring, filtering, drying and carrying out heat treatment to obtain the ordered-structure composite ceramic material. The ordered-structure excellent-performance architectural composite ceramic is prepared by using the chemical synthesis technique. The preparation technique can be popularized for preparing the multicomponent functional ceramic material.
