The present invention relates to a preparation method for fragrant ceramic slurry by adopting natural minerals and chemical raw materials. A formula of the fragrant ceramic slurry consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 50% of calcined high aluminum powder, 40% of 505 clay, and 10% of quartz. The preparation method comprises: dosing, milling, filtering, removing iron, preparing fragrant ceramic slurry, grouting a ceramic body, and firing the ceramic body to obtain a finished product, wherein a firing temperature range is 1180-1230 DEG C, and a firing atmosphere is an oxidizing atmosphere. According to the invention, the fragrant ceramic slurry is obtained by firing in the oxidizing atmosphere, so that the fragrant ceramic is strong in hardness, uniform in structure, free of any heavy metal elements such as cadmium, lead, mercury and the like, and free of other radioactive elements such as radon and the like ; and the fragrant ceramic has hardness, heat resistance, and good dispersion fragrance of fine ceramic, and has both an ornamental value and use functions, and can cooperate with various materials to make a reasonable use. The fragrant ceramic is long in fragrance duration, uses different kinds of fragrance according to practical conditions for being recycled, is very environmentally friendly and economical, is not in direct contact with skin and clothing, and achieves excellent decoration effect. Therefore, the fragment ceramic has a broad market prospect.
