Method for improving performance of barium-titanate-based electrocaloric ceramic refrigeration device
The invention provides a method for improving performance of a barium-titanate-based electrocaloric effect ceramic refrigeration device. Refrigeration effect of the refrigeration device is realized by virtue of at least one barium-titanate-based electrocaloric effect ceramic material with large electrocaloric effect. The method for improving the performance of the barium-titanate-based electrocaloric effect ceramic refrigeration device has the advantages that the barium-titanate-based electrocaloric effect ceramic material with the large electrocaloric effect forms a critical point where a para-electric phase coexists with at least one ferroelectric phase in a range, close to room temperature, from -30 DEG C to 80 DEG C, so that the barium-titanate-based electrocaloric effect ceramic material has the electrocaloric effect in a larger temperature range, and the performance of the refrigeration device is improved.
