Microwave dielectric ceramic Eu2YV3012 with high quality factor and ultralow dielectric constant
The invention discloses microwave dielectric ceramic Eu2YV3012 with a high quality factor, a tetragonal zirconia structure and an ultralow dielectric constant, and a preparation method of the microwave dielectric ceramic Eu2YV3012. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) raw material powder of Eu2O3, Y2O3 and Y2O5 of which the purities are more than 99.9% (weight percentage) is weighed and compounded according to a composition of the Eu2YV3012; (2) wet ball mill grinding and mixing are performed on the raw materials in step (1) for 12 hours, wherein a ball milling medium is distilled water, and the raw materials are subjected to pre-sintering at 800 DEG C in air atmosphere for 6 hours after the drying is performed; (3) after a binder is added into the powder prepared in step (2) and the pelleting is performed, compression moulding is performed, and finally the sintering is performed at 850 to 900 DEG C in the air atmosphere for 4 hours; the binder adopts polyvinyl alcohol solution of which the mass concentration is 5%, and the additive amount of polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 3% of total mass of powder. The ceramic prepared by the method is well sintered below 900 DEG C, the dielectric constant can reach 12.3 to 12.8, the QF (quality factor) value is up to 131000 to 178000 GHz, the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency is small, and the great application value in industry is achieved.
