The invention is characterized in that the blast furnace stemming is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of 3-1mm aluminum-magnesium spinel, 5-8 parts of 1-0mm corundum, 10-15 parts of 1-0mm sillimanite, 8-15 parts of 0.5-0mm magnesium iron oxide, 8-13 parts of clay powder, 3-7 parts of cobalt aluminum oxide powder, 5-10 parts of cutting powder, 7-25 parts of graphite powder, 5-10 parts of composite carbon powder, 0-1 part of cobaltosic oxide powder and 1-2 parts of moderate-temperature asphalt powder. The stemming can keep the taphole diameter stable without changing easily, so that the tapping is stable. Besides, the service performance and operating performance of the stemming do not decrease in the long-term storage process.
