Ultralight closed cell foam ceramic preparation
The invention relates to an ultralight closed cell foam ceramic preparation method, which comprises: 1, obtaining 10-50 wt% of a solid, wherein the solid comprises 10-50 wt% of silica, 4-10 wt% of alumina and 1-5% of an inorganic sodium salt, preferably further comprises 0-4 wt% of ceramic clay and/or 0.5-5 wt% of slag, or the solid comprises 15-25 wt% of slag and 1-5 wt% of an inorganic sodium salt; 2, preparing a pre-mixing liquid, wherein the pre-mixing liquid comprises 5-15 wt% of acrylamide, 1-3 wt% of N,N-methylene bisacrylamide, and the balance of water and tert-butanol; 3, mixing the solid and the pre-mixing liquid, and carrying out ball milling to prepare a slurry; 4, injecting into a mold, wherein the slurry is placed in a water bath environment with a temperature of 20-45 DEG C, heating for 10-20 min, adding 0.1-1 ml of n-butanol, 0.5-1 ml of an initiator ammonium persulfate, and 0.01-0.1 ml of a catalysts tetramethylethylenediamine to the slurry, and pouring into the mold; 5, drying; and 6, sintering.
