The deep groove ball bearing is adopted, so that the resistance of the roller body in the advancing process is reduced, and the energy is saved; the sealing cover and a round hole E fit by a thread to guarantee the tightness, so that the roller body leaks no water in the advancing process; the liquid level sensor is adopted to monitor the water quantity in the roller body at any time; and meanwhile, the height of the water level in the roller body can be adjusted as needed.
