The invention belongs to the field of bridges and building structures and provides a seismic isolation and reduction support with a displacement locking device. The seismic isolation and reduction support with the displacement locking device comprises a top board (1), an upper seat board (3), a middle seat board (6), a lower seat board (10), a limiting device and the displacement locking device, wherein the displacement locking device comprises a locking groove (15) and locking pop-up mechanisms (16) located at the two ends of the upper seat board in the longitudinal direction. Each locking pop-up mechanism (16) comprises a locking board (20), a locking pin (21), a fastening element (18) and an elastic element (19), wherein the fastening element (18) and a small-diameter-section through hole of a stepped through hole of the locking board (20) are in threaded connection, so that the elastic element (19) is elastically locked between the fastening element (18) and the locking pin (21). The seismic isolation and reduction support with the displacement locking device achieves the purpose of locking when an earthquake occurs and improves the seismic isolation and reduction effects.
