The invention discloses a road safety fence. The road safety fence comprises a cross beam and upright pillars arranged on the two sides of the cross beam. Bases are installed at the bottom of the upright pillars. The bases are weighted bases. The lower portion of each base is provided with a pavement-gripping device. A steel strand is installed on the lower portion of the cross beam. The two ends of the steel strand are fixed to the upright pillars. An upper horizontal pipe is transversely arranged on the lower portion of the steel strand. Through holes corresponding to the upper horizontal pipe are formed in the upright pillars. The two ends of the upper horizontal pipe are located in the through holes. A plurality of fence prefabricated segments are vertically arranged on the lower portion of the upper horizontal pipe. The fence prefabricated segments are fixed to the upright pillars through bolt structures. The bottom of each fence prefabricated segment is connected to a lower horizontal pipe. The anti-collision fence device is high in strength, high in rigidity, high in corrosion resistance, and capable of achieving a dual protection effect. In addition, the pavement-gripping property is good, so that the damage caused by strong impact is not liable to occur; the anti-collision fence device further has certain buffering power so that the damaged condition caused when an automobile and the like are out of control and rush to the fence can be effectively reduced; the safety protection property is improved.
