Disclosed is a low-noise automatic clearing and maintaining device used for a bridge. The bridge comprises a transverse main girder (4) provided with a guide rib (2) extending transversely, and auxiliary girders (41) supported on the transverse main girder (4). The automatic clearing and maintaining device comprises a support frame (99), a water supply pipe (61) supported on the support frame (99) and close to the main girder (4), and a nozzle (62) which is communicated with the water supply pipe (61) to be aligned with the part, needing to be cleared, of the bridge to spray water for clearing. The upper surface and the lower surface of the guide rib (2) are provided with a plurality of guide protrusions extending along the guide rib (2) respectively.
