The invention discloses a multifunctional environment-friendly electric vehicle based on road cleaning. The multifunctional environment-friendly electric vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a left circular disc broom, a right circular disc broom, a rolling brush, a garbage storage box and an electric control part, wherein the left circular disc broom and the right circular disc broom are arranged on the bottom of the front end of a cab of the vehicle body; the rolling brush is arranged on the middle of the vehicle body; the garbage storage box is arranged on the tail part of the vehicle body; the electric control system is used for providing power and control for the whole vehicle body; the left and right circular disc brooms are respectively connected with the bottom of the vehicle body through respective electric telescopic booms, and left and right rotary joints are arranged at the connected parts; the rolling brush comprises a rolling brush shaft, rolling brush fiber boards which are arranged in the shape of an inverted V on the rolling brush shaft and rubber soft brushes which are mounted on the rolling brush fiber boards; and magnets are arranged on a garbage turnover door and the garbage storage box which is in contact with the closed garbage turnover door. The electric telescopic booms and the left and right rotary joints can expand a cleaning range; secondary pollution can be prevented due to the fact that the rolling brush is arranged in the shape of the inverted V; the cleaning efficiency is improved; the garbage turnover door is controlled by the magnets, so that the garbage self-discharging function is automatically started; and after the garbage is poured, the garbage turnover door is automatically returned and closed.
