The invention discloses anti-freezing equipment used for rubber dam in a severe cold area. One electromotor of which the turning direction is controlled by a forwards and backwards rotating controller is respectively arranged on both sides of an upstream keeping a certain distance from a rubber dam, the two electromotors are connected through a river crossing wire rope, a plurality of turbulators are fixed below the steel cable and keep a certain distance from the steel cable, each turbulator comprises an ellipsoidal housing, a float bowl is respectively arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of each ellipsoidal housing, a plurality of through holes are respectively formed in each ellipsoidal housing and face to directions of the two sides, and a vane wheel capable of rotating is arranged inside each ellipsoidal housing. Under the effects of the electromotors and the forwards and backwards rotating controllers, the turbulators on the steel wire rope can carry out repeated disturbances to the surface of a river, so as to prevent river water freezing. The anti-freezing equipment provided by the invention can prevent risks in worker operation, can run on the surface of the river, is easy for equipment maintenance and is relatively low in running cost.
