The invention discloses a usage of an octagonal mixing piling wall machine. A first cranked lever and a second cranked lever synchronously move left and right in the opposite direction. During opposite movement of the first cranked lever and the second cranked lever, soil layers outside five mixing and cutting heads and inside the first cranked lever and the second cranked lever are cut and mixed by first mixing tools and second mixing tools on the first cranked lever and first mixing tools and second mixing tools on the second cranked lever, soil and water are mixed into mud, and the mud flows out of holes along with perfusion of high-pressure water. A hole with an octagonal cross section is formed in the downward propulsion process of a main drill rod.
