A left arched door type frame and a right arched door type frame are in bilateral symmetry; a plurality of first stirring cutters are arranged at the lower end of the left arched door type frame; a plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged inside the left arched door type frame; a plurality of first stirring cutters are arranged at the lower end of the right arched door type frame; a plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged inside the right arched door type frame; the first stirring cutters and the second stirring cutters on the left arched door type frame and the first stirring cutters and the second stirring cutters on the right arched door type frame rotationally cut a soil body outside five drill bits and within the left arched door type frame and the right arched door type frame in the mutual left-and-right movement, the cut soil is stirred with water slurry, and a double-arched door type cement pile is formed in the downwards propelling process of a pressure rod.
