Multiple first cutter teeth are arranged on the lower portion of the first curved arm, and multiple second cutter teeth are arranged on the right portion of the first curved arm. Multiple first cutter teeth are arranged on the lower portion of the second curved arm, and multiple second cutter teeth are arranged on the left portion of the second curved arm.
