The invention relates to a pore pressure counterforce steel tube pile pulling method and device in foundation pit and pile foundation engineering of the geotechnical engineering field. According to the pile pulling method, the sidewall of a steel tube pile (1), a sealing pile plug (3) and a soil body (2) or a pile body material or a tube well material or other filling materials in the steel tube pile are adopted to form a fluid storage cavity (9) in the steel tube pile (1); the pressure intensity of gas or liquid in the fluid storage cavity (9) is increased by continuously injecting gas or liquid into the fluid storage cavity (9) and is transferred to the sealing pile plug (3) or the steel tube pile (1), so that pile pulling force or a part of pile pulling force is produced, and then the steel tube pile (1) can be pulled out. The method can be also applied to testing of the uplift bearing capacity of the steel tube pile (1) and can be used for construction of a steel tube protective wall pouring and extrusion pile and construction of a steel tube protective wall downcast pipe well; the pile pulling device is small in size, low in manufacturing cost and capable of solving the problem that the influence is imposed on the surrounding environment due to the fact that soil is taken out when the pile is pulled out.

The method can be also applied to testing of the uplift bearing capacity of the steel tube pile (1) and can be used for construction of a steel tube protective wall pouring and extrusion pile and construction of a steel tube protective wall downcast pipe well; the pile pulling device is small in size, low in manufacturing cost and capable of solving the problem that the influence is imposed on the surrounding environment due to the fact that soil is taken out when the pile is pulled out.
