The invention discloses a construction device for an umbrella tray type special-shaped pile. The construction device comprises a telescopic grouting frame. The telescopic grouting frame comprises a grouting pipe, a connecting cap and a plurality of circumferentially-arranged grouting perforated pipes. An annular rotary shaft in clamped connection with the bottom end of the grouting pipe is arranged in the connecting cap. A one-way clamping structure is arranged between the top end of the annular rotary shaft and the bottom end of the grouting pipe. The lower end of the annular rotary shaft is fixedly connected with a connecting rod. The connecting rod is in screw sleeved connection with a connecting screw cap. A plurality of supporting rods are hinged between the outer side of the connecting screw cap and the grouting perforated pipes. The grouting pipe is rotated forwardly to drive the connecting rod to rotate, so that the connecting screw cap moves upwards relative to the connecting rod, and the grouting perforated pipes are expanded outwards in the radial direction by the supporting rods. Meanwhile, high-pressure water is matched to cut soil in front of the grouting perforated pipes, and the grouting perforated pipes can be smoothly inserted in the soil. The grouting pipe is rotated reversely, so that a grouting opening is in butt joint and communication with the grouting perforated pipes in sequence for grouting operation, and finally grouting operation is carried out on a pile hole to form the inverted umbrella tray type special-shaped pile.
